DOA (Dead on Arrival) Return Policy:

• If your battery arrives damaged or faulty, you can return it to us within 7 days of delivery or within 30 days of dispatch if the delivery date cannot be tracked. After shipping, you will receive an email with the shipping date and other details of your order.
• Please include all accessories such as cables, chargers, batteries in the returned package. If add-ons or components are missing, we'll ask you to pay for them. All return shipping costs will be borne by us.

Defective item return policy:

• We will do our best to ensure that the products delivered to our customers are in top condition. If your product proves to be defective, please provide us with evidence of:
• This clause excludes products of categories with certain warranty conditions, as well as damage caused by improper use of the product.
• Front and back photo of package or box;
• Partial confirmation of the consignment note (if any);
• photos or videos of the defective item;
• Photo or video and a detailed description of the problem;

Wrong item received:

If all the functions and appearance of the product prove to be correct, please note that such case will not be covered by this policy. If a return is required, you will be reimbursed for the exchange and shipping after you send us a return receipt showing the amount you paid for the return. Please make sure that the defective item you are returning is in its original packaging and that the item is in the same condition as when you received it. For the wrong item, if you can find a use for it and would rather keep it, you can recommend it to us and we will give you a discount on the purchase.

Unsatisfactory product:

• All returns must be consulted with us first, returns without an RMA (provided by our customer service) are not accepted.

• Place a message inside the return package with the following details (order number, product ID or name, quantity, brief description of product problem)
